The French Intifada

Who to believe - the police on the ground, or the bosses? From the Telegraph:
Radical Muslims in France's housing estates are waging an undeclared "intifada" against the police, with violent clashes injuring an average of 14 officers each day.

As the interior ministry said that nearly 2,500 officers had been wounded this year, a police union declared that its members were "in a state of civil war" with Muslims in the most depressed "banlieue" estates which are heavily populated by unemployed youths of north African origin...

Senior officers insisted that the problem was essentially criminal in nature, with crime bosses on the estates fighting back against tough tactics...

However, not all officers on the ground accept that essentially secular interpretation. Michel Thoomis, the secretary general of the hardline Action Police trade union, has written to Mr Sarkozy warning of an "intifada" on the estates and demanding that officers be given armoured cars in the most dangerous areas.

He said yesterday: "We are in a state of civil war, orchestrated by radical Islamists. This is not a question of urban violence any more, it is an intifada, with stones and Molotov cocktails. You no longer see two or three youths confronting police, you see whole tower blocks emptying into the streets to set their 'comrades' free when they are arrested."

Mass deportation. And now. Before it gets any worse and more damage is caused to our advanced Western civil societies.

Out. Now.

Anywhere that mosque goers concentrate becomes a Islamic colony.

If you don't like being colonised then ban islamic immigration and cease paying the welfare state jizya.

Totally agree Anticitizenone. No more mohammedans allowed into the country, and those that are here and of breeding age, assisted passage to the islamic shit hole of their choice. Have ever, in the history of the human race, immigrants behaved more disgracefully in their new country?

All this happened on Tony Blair's watch, and that is because he has ambitions to be financed by Arabs post-prime minister. I suspect he and the Blairina have their eye on a nice little sinecure as head of a foundation in some Arab country. The Emirates maybe. Just like Bill Clinton. Just like Jimmuh Cahduh. The three of them have done their best to turn the anglosphere into the new caliphate.

Does France have an equivalent of the Riot Act to deal with this sort of thing?

Verity - a coupe of points:

Tony Blair does not run France, so it hasn't happened on his watch.

Most of the Muslims in the UK who are causing trouble are the offspring of immigrants who arrived in the 60s, 70s and 80s under successive Labour and Tory governments.

Anyone who thinks that getting rid of Blair will solve the problam is living in cloud-cuckoo land.

juliam - Of course France has something similar to the Riot Act! They're not stupid! And you don't want to get on the wrong side of a Gendarme.

They kowtowing to muslim immigrants and encouraging them to get fanciful ideas about their importance is a hallmark of Blair's watch. Before that, they pretty much toed the line, although there should have been forced integration, which was indeed a failure of previous governments. But political correctness, aka thought fascism is a Blair diktat.

Getting rid of Blair will indeed not solve the problem as his chief opponent is a touchy-feely clone who has never had any contact with real life. He probably knows more about Huskies and Norwegian ice floes than he does about the average family trying to survive on two wages and bring up children.

We need someone who will not fear to take the whip hand, brave the shrieking, howling left, and deal with the problem of muslims in the advanced West. That person is not David Cameron.

Steve - Thanks so much for letting me know that Tony Blair doesn't run France! I wondered why he never got any coverage on TV or much mention in the newspapers when I lived in France. That must be why!
