Cockroach Hunting

Col. Jeff Bearor (USMC, ret.) :
Whether or not these jihadis are joining the fight now because of the war in Iraq, they would have been in the fight sooner or later. At this point it doesn’t matter to me how the cockroaches got into the light. All that matters now is that it’s much easier to hunt them down and kill them than it was before.

Off topic but any chance you can get a recording of Gordon Brown singing Jerusalem at the conference end?

Cockroaches can keep going even after you chop their heads off. It's grotesque.

One sure thing about roaches - they croak quite quickly without water. Why did I say this? No idea, really, it's too late here.

that colonel is expressing what is know as the "flypaper effect". the theory being that Iraq would attract the Jihadists to Iraq rather than blowing things up in the west.

the U.S. army would then take care of them with lethal force in Iraq. seems to be working so far.

The liberation of Iraq from Saddams tyranny has revealed the extent of terrorism support in Islam, rather than creating terrorism!
