Enemies of Britain

If you live near a Muslim population centre in Britain, you might have seen this sticker appearing courtesy of Al Ghurabaa (via Jihad Watch):

Here are some followers of Al Ghurabaa demonstrating their Islamic values outside the Danish embassy earlier this year:

Muslims in east London should withdraw co-operation with the police in the wake of last week's terror raid in which a man was shot, a Respect party activist has said.

Yvonne Ridley said the community was being "terrorised" by the Metropolitan Police and should end all contact with the force.
Not content with supporting terrorism abroad, Respect is now opposing the police's attempts to fight it here. Laughably, Ridley dismissed some local Muslim community leaders as "self-appointed". What elected position does she hold? None.

(A bit more on Ridley at Drunken Blogging)

Update 4pm. Re. that Danish embassy demo in February - this guy is the elder brother of the two Muslims arrested following last week's terror raid (hat tip Mark Holland in the comments):

Full story in The Sun.

That video is funny at first; it then gets tiring with those Allah robots shouting the same hateful, grating slogans over and over again. A good reminder of what Islam is.

I hate to be the bringer of bad news to Al Grhubarb but "UK values" - "state terrorism, exploitation, homosexuality, alcohol, gambling" - exist in Islamic societies too.

Happily, we in the UK no longer execute people - or lop off their body-parts - who practise these "values".

Actually, I am all for this kind of campaigning.

There is - nominally anyway - freedom of expression in the UK. We should encourage Islamist groups to educate us and tell us about their prescription for our society's ills. Let people like Yvonne Ridley and Asad Rehman explain to us why Islam can improve us and the society in which we live.

In return, people should be able to argue with them, highlight the medievalist nature of the Sharia and the bigotry which is inherent to Islam (and its bloody history) without fear of being labeled 'Islamophobic' or receiving death threats.

If Islamist groups wish to damn Western, secular values, then we should be able to respond - and if that means "causing offence", then they should learn to live with it. But life in dhimmwit Britain ain't like that, is it?

And what "Islamic values" are being discussed as being an example to the world here?

Seething? OK. Being brave enough to brandish insulting and threatening posters in a country you know won't arrest you never mind chop your head off? OK.

The great Islamic value of marrying first cousins from ancestral tribal lands and producing one child after another with genetic defects? Yes. OK. One-third of all genetic defects in Britain are Pakistani.

Other values ... hmmmmm ... forced marriage. Check. Female genital mutilation. Check. "Honour" killings. Check. Subjugation of women by forcing them to walk around in mobile isolation cells. Check. Murder of men who were born gay. Check. Murder of women who have wantonly allowed themselves to be overpowered by three or four grown men and raped. Check.

Three generations and they just don't get it. How stupid do you have to be?

"Murder of men who were born gay. Check."

As far as I know, the debate over nurture versus nature in the development of male homosexuality is ongoing.

A Belgian teacher of Roman Catholicism said that quite some time ago he encouraged twice teenagers of ages fourteen to fifteen to bravely take control of their homosexual tendancies and forbid themselves any homosexual masturbatory fantasy. They understood his point of view and accepted to struggle. Fifteen years later they are married, happy, in a stable family.

Affectively, they stay in admiration when faced with personalities of strong men (the mark of the lack of a father, often noticed and which cannot be healed); but they also tell him that they have no longer had homosexual desires for long, that they are attracted by their wife's body. They confirm that it is not only the lack of homosexual relations but also their adolescent struggle against the thoughts which structured a "chastity", that is, an orientation of their sexuality towards the female body.

It seems that homosexual pulsions can be cured.

Not that this changes anything to the atrocity of Islam's treatment of gay men.

Grumpy - there are millions of gay men in the world. They didn't all mysteriously grow up without fathers. Most gay guys grew up like other guys. People. Read 'Brainsex'.

It's due to the amount of estrogen the mother threw out during her pregnancy, or the medication she was prescribed. Either way, we are talking about a little tiny embryo in a womb. It's not the embryo's fault what got pumped through its little system. Your Belgian person,Grumpy, sounds not very healthy. People are born homosexual, some with more estrogen than others. Lots of estrogen, fashion designers, drag queens, etc. Less estrogen pumped through the system, firefighters, jet pilots, marines. If a man is saving me from a burning burning building, all I care about is, is he trained and does he have the strenth and motivation to save me? I don't care who he falls into bed with when he gets home. The Islamics have no business murdering people for their genetic make-up.

I believe we've been here before with another left wing regime: Hitler's National Socialist Party.

I live in Bethnal, but I haven't seen any of those stickers yet. If I do, I'll get a picture of it in place and send you a copy. I'll also get some 'alternative' stickers printed and put them alongside the original.

As for the video, I guess the BBC must have forgotten to show us that part of the demonstration. I wonder why that could be?

Whether male homosexuality is caused by nurture or by nature, we may agree that gay men did not choose their sexual orientation and that they should not be persecuted for it — not that it would be justified if they chose to be gay. I simply cannot fathom the mentality of those who hang men because they go to bed with other men.

A sticker should be produced to counter that of al-Gurabaa's.

I hear you, Grumpy Troll. My point was the irrational, insane intolerance of Islam, which has the stupidity to hold itself up to the civilised world as a symbol of enlightenment. They are medieval throwbacks with no place in the 21st Century.

If you could do a higher resolution version of your sticker, I'll happily print some off and stick them over the top of any 'originals' that I find. It needs to be capable of being blown up to A5.

The interpolation is bound to be amplified with the increased image size; do you mind that?

I've still not seen any of these stickers in Bethnal Green. Maybe they're in Whitechappel?

Grimer - they're turning up in certain places, but evidently not that many.

Which is good.
