Good mood, bad mood

Went for a walk on the North York Moors this afternoon. Bloody marvellous.

Took a few snaps.

But when I got back I read this:
A lack of resources prevented security services from intercepting the 7 July London bombers, a key report has said.
Funny how there are always enough resources when the government wants to give a useless fat small-cocked fuck a handsome salary, generous pension scheme and multiple houses. For example.

Those are very beautiful pictures.

Those two sheep will have their throats cut in the newcomers' Stone Age "halal" way at the end of their next ghastly "ramadan".

They "sacrifice" animals. How can that be? The "sacrifice" has to be made by the one who makes the sacrifice. Not the one who kills it. Otherwise it's what we know as the ancient British word: slaughter. They cannot "sacrifice" thousands of animals who did not agree to be "sacrificed" to their diety.

When animals are killed for food, we call this "slaughter". Not "sacrifice".

Let us keep our terms straight around here and not allow aliens from a primitive society dictate definitions of our ancient language.

Ahh! Yorkshire - God's Own Country.

Don't get drawn into this "Who do you blame? The Governement? The Security Services? British Foreign Policy?" balls

The blame lies fair and square with the four TERRORISTS who blew themselves and those who encouraged them.

Very true Paulinus, and I certainly didn't mean to suggest otherwise, but the report says more resources could have helped. I realise the finance for such things is finite but it's infuriating to read something like that, especially when we have a Home Office that has spends so much time, effort and money on pointless headline-grabbing initiatives.

(And thanks to all for the rest of the comments. Round these parts we like our countryside wild and rugged - just like our women. And our sheep.)

Frankly, DFH, I don't believe "more resources" (more taxpayer money; there isn't any other kind) would have made any difference. I see this announcement as a Stalinesque thin end of the wedge being inserted for the introduction of another tax. A terrorist tax, or similar. Also to further the ID card agenda.

I do not believe a single word that Tony Blair's government says.

Beautiful pics. Lambs! Dont see many of those in London.

I think you are right to draw the comparison between that fat useless small cocked fuck getting my tax money when it could well be spent protecting ME in ANY small measure on my way to work on the tube... to earn the taxes to pay for the useless small cocked fuck's pension...so on so forth.

Damned right.

I say we give Prescott's salary, pension and perks to that lovely fluffy ickle sheep and his fluffy ickle baby lamb instead.

The sheep would provide more value for money than Prescott ever would, that's for sure.
