Priorities in the Muslim World

Here’s Mahmoud Osman, a Darfurian Muslim and human rights lawyer, talking about the genocide in Sudan:
"Since this situation erupted, never once have we seen a single person from the Arab world or the Muslim community come and show sympathy for the survivors".
That’s because they’re too busy pursuing other matters:
The United Nations should pass a resolution banning the publication of material that blasphemes or insults religions, Dr Mohammad Fouad Albarazi, Director, Muslim Association of Denmark, said here yesterday.
Far better to use the UN to attack the 'racist' West over a few cartoons than draw attention to the slaughter of black African Muslims by Arab Muslims.
