Archdhimmi strikes again

From the BBC:
The Archbishop of Canterbury has launched a scathing attack on Guantanamo Bay, branding the US prison camp an "extraordinary legal anomaly"...

The archbishop was interviewed during a visit to Sudan, broadcast on Sunday.

And what has Rowan Williams had to say about ethnic cleansing and slavery in Sudan whilst he's been there? The title of Nick Cohen's column in today's Observer might give you a clue:
Arson, rape, massacres ... and the strange silence of the archbishop

The Archbishop of Canterbury has launched a scathing attack on the P.O.W. regime in England, branding them an "extraordinary legal anomaly".

Dr Rowan Williams said holding German Wehrmacht soldiers who had not been found guilty, or allowed access to proper legal channels, set a dangerous precedent.

Prime Minister Churchill refused to comment, stating that the Nazis had to be defeated and that the war would go on.
