AP admits mistake

Associated Press, the news organisation that broke the Bush Katrina video non-story, has admitted it got it wrong (via USS Neverdock):
The story should have made clear that Bush was warned about floodwaters overrunning the levees, rather than the levees breaking.
Your turn BBC.

The BBC had accepted this by 7:30 on Friday morning's "Today" programme, where Sarah Montague merely sought ex-FEMA chief Brown's confirmation that no warning had ever been communicated to Bush in respect of the breach of the levees.

This clarification doesn't bother the BBC & its anti-Bush allies. They all shouted "Bush lied" very loudly on Thursday, & that's the only message left in the heads of non-blog writing/reading non-obsessives.
